The bungalows offer a safe, cozy vibe, and the view is amazing-definitely a top contender for the most fine sights I've encountered in my travels. The food choices, both Western and Thai, are great, and dining down at Long Beach enhances the experience, with clear waters and an inviting atmosphere.
The location is quite remote was nice. The breakfast setup leaves much to be desired, with limited options and the occasional interruption from local wildlife, such as aggressive monkeys. The reception hours aren't 24/7, leading to potential inconveniences, especially in emergencies. Getting medical assistance at night can be daunting, given the lack of nearby facilities.

Location adjacent to the beach, Ko Phi Phi Leh and the sea and Koh Phi Phi for the island experience. Units with a garden view. Genuinely helpful, very amiable people working here.

Picturesque and prime position, we liked staying here.
The hotel was the best base for enjoying a quiet area, near to Phi Phi Don island. The staff were genuinely helpful and had a sense of humour. Toast and fresh fruit for breakfast were savoury, and overall it was an absolutely fantastic and very good morning meal.

The hand-pulled noodles near Tonsai were out of this world, bringing a true taste of local cuisine. The staff were lovely, and the large bathroom was a refreshing treat after a hot day exploring. Plus, the daily breakfast was a great way to kick-start adventures.
If you struggle with mobility, be warned, those stairs up to the resort hit like a brick wall. The climb is real, especially in Thailand's heat, a bummer since those views are killer.

Fine views from the hillside bungalows enriched our stay, though the 160 steep stairs were quite exhausting.

Enjoyed the fine views from my bungalow on Long Beach. The location is peaceful, away from the tourist crowds, and perfect for swimming in crystal-clear waters. My bungalow was spacious with a comfy bed, effective air conditioning, and good working wifi. The balcony offered a great spot to relax. Breakfast options were decent, though limited to a few choices like eggs and toast. On the downside, the steep 145 stairs leading up to the hotel became a tiring obstacle after a day's outing. The limited boat schedule made returning challenging, often requiring a long wait or an exhausting trek. The restaurant's décor felt a bit dull and could benefit from more ambiance. Lastly, the service could be inconsistent. Cleaning didn't always meet expectations. Fantastic views and a serene atmosphere, but improvements in accessibility, dining options, and service are needed.

Stunning views from the hillside bungalow. Breakfast, while basic, provided a nice start to the day. The beach nearby offered great snorkeling, but the limited dining options and challenging access could be off-putting for some.

The beautiful view of the sea from my spacious room made waking up a delight. The free snorkel and beach towels provided by the hotel were a great touch, nice for some lovely explorations right from the beach. The location, while far from the hustle, offered a sense of tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere.
The limited dining options on-site made meal choices somewhat frustrating.

I stayed in the Tropical Room for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the room was always clean. Plus, we had a little sea view which was nice. The area was also pretty peaceful-didn't hear much noise from the boats, surprisingly. Just a heads-up though, the WiFi was spotty at times, a bit annoying. It was a solid stay.
